We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us directly. When you fill out a quote request or contact form on our Site (or through a Facebook Instant Form ad we run), we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, and email address, and any project details you choose to share.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the Site, using cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).
• Information from advertising platforms. If you interact with our ads on Facebook, Instagram, or Google (for example, by submitting a Facebook Instant Form), those platforms share limited information about that interaction with us so we can follow up with you and measure how our ads are performing.

We do not knowingly collect financial information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through the Site.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses cookies and similar tracking tools to understand how visitors use the Site and to measure the performance of our advertising. These currently include:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram). Helps us measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns and understand actions taken on our Site after someone views or clicks one of our ads.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. We use a customer relationship management (CRM) platform to receive and manage quote requests submitted through our forms. This provider processes your information on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for its own marketing purposes.
• Advertising platforms. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google receive limited information as described in Section 3, governed by their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide services you’ve requested, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. If you’d like your information deleted sooner, contact us using the details in Section 11.

Under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request that inaccurate information be corrected.
